The Trouble With Money
I get paid at the time of my service. I spend money in relationship to how much I have earned. When I spend more than I earned today, I look at savings to determine whether I can afford the purchase. I am conservative. I earn more than I spend.
In American economy, the model assumes that there is a fixed wealth; that some people have and some people have not. Some have more; some have less. Because the total amount of wealth is fixed, one person can get richer only if another gets poorer.
The trouble with that model is that communities organize and operate differently. We cooperate. Imagine that we all take our possessions and put them out on the sidewalk for a giant rummage sale. We do this with our services, too. We issue tickets, or certificates, that allow trade for goods.
The most common thing we do is barter and bargain. Can I trade you that stove for an hour's massage? Will you take $65? At the end of the day, we reassess our wealth, and value, and I guarantee you that everyone is going to say they made a good deal. Either keep the stuff you are not using and feel wealthy, or sell / trade it and feel wealthy. There is no perfect, fixed pricing. My net worth might not even change, but my attitude about my wealth changes. I found bargains! I turned down a bad deal!
But wait! The only way I leave the day feeling less worthy is if I buy your wheelbarrow and then it breaks, or if I charge less for my juicer than I paid. I am now poorer.
In America, we have this huge debt, but why isn't it subject to barter and bargain? What is wealth, really? Is it the difference between a good bargain, and a bad product sold for a higher price?

The Divine Spark
Dear Well Beings:
I am supercharged.
For the last 11 years, I have made a pilgrimage to Springfield, Missouri, first to study and visit with Norm Shealy and faculty at Holos University, then for advanced training in a variety of Energy Medicines.
Students from around the world came to study, so in-between classes in Vibrational Medicine, Radionics, or Quantum Biofeedback, we developed our own faculty and learned & practiced together : Quantum Touch, Past Life Regression, Sacred Contracts (yes, Caroline Myss was working on her book...)
After hours, we'd plug into the most sophisticated devices in the industry - the RejuvaMatrix, ShealyTens, Relaxmate, EPFX QXCI SCIO, Scalar, MIND GEAR, Aqua Chi, and Chi Machine.
To name a few.
We drank every new formula of superfoods, and tried every old formula of Edgar Cayce's. We danced and drummed and sang and ate very little.
After a week to ten days of this intensive treatment, we journeyed home, and I felt supercharged for about a year, just in time for my annual trek. I drove 600 miles (1200 round) for this and looked forward to it every July.
Two years ago, I decided it was time to bring these systems to Milwaukee, and offer the same services to students and practitioners in the Great Lakes area. With the exception of the 12 Scalar devices owned and operated by Martha and Paul Katona, I have all of the systems in place for a similar "positively charged" experience.

Up We Go Into the Wild Blue Yonder
Dear Well Beings:
In Energy Medicine, there is a new field called epigenetics. I am proud to be a researcher in this field, with Dr. C. Norman Shealy. In the last few months, I have learned that this science, combined with quantum physics, is changing the old vision of what our DNA is all about.
Scientists just began to understand DNA in 1953, and from those early hypotheses, generations of assumptions were made.
The old vision was that genes turn on and off. But current data reveals that there is no such thing as an on/off function for a gene because genes are blueprints (plans) to make proteins, which are the building blocks that give shape to the structure.
Our DNA has the code for all functions and all processes. All of the skills available to our ancestors, and all of the skills available to our future generations, are already coded.
We can access these blueprints through our consciousness. We can reprogram all negative consciousness very easily. This is the new vision: up we go into the wild blue yonder.
Why are babies born in water, swim like a dolphin to the surface and continue to swim naturally? We all have a built-in ability to swim! Why are we teaching children how to swim?
Negative programming shuts down our ability to swim, or do anything. In Energy Medicine, as in other medicines, we know that the cells are more interested in being whole and healthy (homeostatis) than in a diseased state.
Change your mind. Simple as that.

Dear Well Beings:
My background is Energy Medicine, and I am a teacher and practitioner of natural medicines.
For several months, I have been on a mission to open a new community space. I decided that, instead of just one Grand Opening, that I would have one OPENING every month - one chakra at a time. In this way, we could share our knowledge and experience of WELL BEING from the ground up.
We are now working on the throat chakra, and I am planning events for this, as well as looking forward to the presentations and speakers for each coming month. (I plan to use the twelve chakra system.)
Once we work on the basics (first through fourth chakras) we cross into a level of BEING that requires full consciousness. The Heart Chakra will open in as much time as it needs, and I recommend that you stay tuned in to the issues and events happening.
Notice that you are rapidly evolving, and can feel an influx of light. This is light that is being used to clear and transform the human race. The beginning stages of your light body are built around the heart and slightly above the heart, in the upper chest.
Some of you get chest colds and congestion, or heart flutterings, as your light body is being built in this area. The new frequency of light is challenging you to open your heart and bring your "energy" heart and your physical heart into alignment (higher vibration.) The next few stages of evolution (or ascension) will connect your heart, throat, mind and spiritual centers, so get ready for that ride.
What does this mean?
The light that is challenging you is asking you to be honest about what you are feeling. Be conscious of what you are thinking. And, please, be mindful of what you are saying.
As much as we would rather read about change and not redirect our own behavior, we must change. We must use the energy of love and compassion and forgiveness. You will have to practice on people that may not be so loving, kind, nor peaceful.
Your teachers may come at you with discord, violence and hatred. You cannot choose to practice lovingkindness and forgiveness just on the people in your spiritual community! You must practice these loving energies on the most dense and dispairing, difficult and defiant beings that share our planet.
You see, without the honest and pure vibration of love charging and coursing through your heart chakra, you are not able to move that TRUTH up to your throat, or to your third eye, or to the altar of the Great Source.
In the meantime, you may notice you have more challenges than usual, are more sensitive to food, are more telepathic, and more empathetic to the needs of your community and planet.

Forgotten In Time: The Ancient Solfeggio Frequencies
What Are The Ancient Solfeggio Frequencies?
These original sound frequencies were apparently used in Ancient Gregorian Chants, such as the great hymn to St. John the Baptist, along with others that church authorities say were lost centuries ago. The chants and their special tones were believed to impart tremendous spiritual blessings when sung in harmony during religious masses.
The Six Solfeggio Frequencies include:
UT – 396 Hz – Liberating Guilt and Fear
RE – 417 Hz – Undoing Situations and Facilitating Change
MI – 528 Hz – Transformation and Miracles (DNA Repair)
FA – 639 Hz – Connecting/Relationships
SOL – 741 Hz – Awakening Intuition
LA – 852 Hz – Returning to Spiritual Order
For example, the third note, frequency 528, relates to the note MI on the scale and derives from the phrase "MI-ra gestorum" in Latin meaning "miracle." Stunningly, this is the exact frequency used by genetic biochemists to repair broken DNA – the genetic blueprint upon which life is based!
Repairing DNA
"Quantum physics has found that there is no empty space in the human cell, but it is a teeming, electric-magnetic field of possibility or potential." Deepak Chopra
DNA Frequency researchers work focused on using certain sounds and frequencies to activate DNA. Biochemists are using the frequency 528Hz to repair human DNA. The article stated that it was a "C." When I read that I thought, "All I would need to do is go to a piano or other instrument and play a "C" and then, in the DNA workshops we would be able to repair DNA."
Well, it wasn’t that simple, because the regular "C" that we all know of in this culture (which is from the diatonic scale of do, re, mi, fa, so, la, ti, do) was not the 528 Hz frequency "C", as described in the original research.
A regular "C" vibrates to a frequency of only 512 Hz, and that the "C" of 528 Hz used in DNA repair had been a part of an ancient scale called the Solfeggio Scale.
This ancient scale is a part of a 6-tone scale sequence of electro-magnetic frequencies.
Sound, Vibration and Form
For more than 200 years, researchers have been validating the connections of Sound and Vibrations on physical form. The first to make that connection was German scientist Ernst Chladni, who, in 1787, detailed his research in his book "Discoveries Concerning the Theory of Music." In that pioneering work, he explained ways to make sound waves generate visible structures. He detailed how a violin bow, drawn at a right angle across a flat plate covered with sand, produces patterns and shapes.
Today, those patterns and shapes are called Chaldni figures. (Coincidentally, Chaldni died in 1829, the same year as Beethoven. Mozart, a Free Mason, heavily influenced Beethoven about the mathematics of music, and likely influenced Chaldni as well).1
In 1815, Mathematician Nathaniel Bowditch followed up on Chaldi’s discoveries. He concluded that the conditions for these designs to arise were because the frequencies, or oscillations per second, were in whole number ratios to each other—such as 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 and so on.2
The study of wave phenomena, the ability of sound to organize and repattern matter, is called Cymatics. According to John Beaulieu, in Music and Sound in the Healing Arts, "Form is the more elusive component of sound. Sound-forms can be seen by subjecting mediums such as sand, water, or clay to a continuous sound vibration."

The soundforms that are created by placing a plate of sand on top of a speaker playing SPECIFIC frequencies were obtained by placing various mediums on a steel plate with a crystal sound oscillator attached to the bottom. The Oscillator creates a pulse, which vibrates the steel plate. The forms on the plate are examples of sound organizing matter."
Jenny also "noticed that when the vowels of ancient languages like Hebrew and Sanskrit were pronounced, the sand took the shape of the written symbols for those vowels. "Modern languages, including English, failed to generate those patterns."
"Space is not empty. It is full, a plenum as opposed to a vacuum, and is the ground for the existence of everything, including ourselves. The universe is not separate from this cosmic sea of energy." David Bohm
Jenny concluded that were examples of cymatic elements everywhere—"vibrations, oscillations, pulses, wave motions, pendulum motions, rhythmic courses of events, serial sequences, and their effects and actions"—and they effected everything including biological evolution. The evidence convincingly demonstrated that all natural phenomena were ultimately dependent on, if not entirely determined by the frequencies of vibration. He argued that physical healing could be aided or hindered by tones. Different frequencies influenced genes, cells, and various structures in the body, he claimed.
Vibration of Music of the Spheres: "Every cell pulsates, reflects and interacts with acoustic oscillations of the medium. Even the earth and sun vibrate in unison based on a main rhythm of 160 minutes. Each musical note is therefore united to non-audible notes of higher octaves, and each symphony to other symphonies that we do not hear, and although they make our cells oscillate and possibly resonate.
Even DNA has it’s own melody.
The musical nature of nuclear matter from atoms to galaxies is now recognized by official science."3 In " Molecules of Emotion," by Candice Pert, Ph.D., she writes, "… basically, receptors function as scanners (sensing molecules, on a cellular level).
They cluster in cellular membranes, waiting for the right ligand (much smaller molecules than receptors), to come dancing along (diffusing) through the fluid surrounding each cell, and mount them – binding with them and (tickling ) them to turn them on and get them motivated to vibrate a message into the cell.
Binding of the ligand to the receptor is likened to two voices, striking the same note and producing a vibration that rings a doorbell to open the doorway to the cell."
Poet Cathie Guzetta summarized this science best when she wrote:
"The forms of snowflakes and faces of flowers may take on their shape because they are responding to some sound in nature. Likewise, it is possible that crystals, plants, and human beings may be, in some way, music that has taken on visible form."
How Did The Solfeggio Frequencies Get Lost?
Holy men and women used to sing in these chants throughout the Christian world, yet, the Vatican council interfered. When people sing in Latin or musical tones, it is very powerful, because it gets through all of the limited thought forms, and into deeper levels of the subconscious – accessing insights beyond belief systems.
Energy and vibration go all the way to the molecular level. We have 70 different receptors on each molecule and when vibration and frequency reaches that far, they begin to vibrate. As they begin to vibrate, they sort of touch each other, and tickle each other, and they play and mount each other.
This Divine, energetic dance ritual, at the cellular level, opens the chromosomes and exposes the DNA to the frequencies. When we do toning, drumming, chanting, or tuning forks – it can be a way to direct energy for transformational purposes. We heal. We see the miracle.
Vibration and sound can be used, like most things, either with positive intention or negative intention. Used negatively, it’s nothing more than control and manipulation. Most of the world has been built upon control and manipulation by the way we communicate through language.
The scale " do, re, me, fa, so, la, ti, do" is actually a second, modified scale. The original Solfeggio scale was actually: UT, RE, MI, FA, SO, LA.
The original sound "UT" was changed to reflect the name of a Pope, who wanted to be remembered, and by this reduction in the frequency of the tone, he changed the formula for the miracle to happen.
Further research states that another, Pope Johannes, who later became a saint - Saint Iohannes changed the scale again. The seventh note "Si" was added from his name. "Si" later became "Ti." These changes significantly altered the frequencies sung by the masses. The alterations also weakened the spiritual impact of the Church’s hymns. Because the music held mathematical resonance, frequencies capable of spiritually inspiring mankind to be more "Godlike," the changes affected alterations in conceptual thought as well, further distancing humanity from God."
In other words, whenever you sing a Psalm, it is music to the ears. But it was originally intended to be music for the soul as well or the "secret ear." Thus by changing the notes, high matrices of thought and to a great extent well being, was squelched. Now it is time to recover these missing notes."1
Additionally, as Dr. Puleo researched the tones further, he came across a book on Gregorian chants by Professor Emeritus Willi Apel who "1 Moreover, Professor Apel reported that " were apparently missing. The Catholic Church presumably "lost" one-hundred fifty-two chants of the original chants. Church leaders stated, " The chants undermined the spirit of the Catholic faith."
The chants were based on the ancient original scale of six musical notes called the Solfeggio."
Pythagoras & Tesla
As we look at the six original Solfeggio frequencies, using the Pythagorean method, we find the base or root vibrational numbers are 3,6, & 9. Nicola Tesla tells us, and I quote: "If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have a key to the universe."
John Keely, an expert in electromagnetic technologies, wrote that the vibrations of "thirds, sixths, and ninths, were extraordinarily powerful." In fact, he proved the "vibratory antagonistic thirds was thousands of times more forceful in separating hydrogen from oxygen in water than heat."
What was the Sound played at your conception?
Some scientists are now stating that if we have been created, we most likely would have been sung into existence. Is it possible that the six days of creation mentioned in Genesis represent six fundamental frequencies that underlie the universe? Religious scholars believe both events occurred as a result of sounds being spoken or played.
Other scientists, including the geniuses Nikola Tesla, Raymond Rife, as well as Mozart, Haydn, Beethoven, and Chladni, all must have known about, and used the concept of, the inherent power of threes, sixes, and nines. So we are dealing with three powerful numbers: 3-6-9.
How these different types of tones affect our health
Consequently, since most of our music in the contemporary world (from commercials, to modern hymns and symphonies) has been composed utilizing an incorrect tonal Temperament Scale, they all have vibrational limits.
As a result, vibrational frequency of the tones of modern music can create situations such as "boxed-in thinking," stuffed and suppressed emotions; and fear-based " lack" consciousness—all of which then tend to manifest into physical symptoms of "dis-ease."
This is in contrast to music created from the Ancient Solfeggio Scale, which stimulates the vibration of expanded creativity, easier problem solving and holistic health.
Our research indicates that the vibrational frequencies contained in the Solfeggio tones hold these original healing potentials.

When people sing in Latin or musical tones, it is very powerful, because it gets through all of the limited thought forms, and into deeper levels of the subconscious – accessing insights beyond belief systems.
Energy and vibration go all the way to the molecular level. We have 70 different receptors on each molecule and when vibration and frequency reaches that far, they begin to vibrate. As they begin to vibrate, they sort of touch each other, and tickle each other, and they play and mount each other.
This Divine, energetic dance ritual, at the cellular level, opens the chromosomes and exposes the DNA to the frequencies. When we do toning, drumming, chanting, or tuning forks – it can be a way to direct energy for transformational purposes. We heal. We see the miracle.
Vibration and sound can be used, like most things, either with positive intention or negative intention. Used negatively, it’s nothing more than control and manipulation. Most of the world has been built upon control and manipulation by the way we communicate through language.
The scale " do, re, me, fa, so, la, ti, do" is actually a second, modified scale. The original Solfeggio scale was actually: UT, RE, MI, FA, SO, LA.
The original sound "UT" was changed to reflect the name of a Pope, who wanted to be remembered, and by this reduction in the frequency of the tone, he changed the formula for the miracle to happen.
Further research states that another, Pope Johannes, who later became a saint - Saint Iohannes changed the scale again. The seventh note "Si" was added from his name. "Si" later became "Ti." These changes significantly altered the frequencies sung by the masses. The alterations also weakened the spiritual impact of the Church’s hymns. Because the music held mathematical resonance, frequencies capable of spiritually inspiring mankind to be more "Godlike," the changes affected alterations in conceptual thought as well, further distancing humanity from God."
In other words, whenever you sing a Psalm, it is music to the ears. But it was originally intended to be music for the soul as well or the "secret ear." Thus by changing the notes, high matrices of thought and to a great extent well being, was squelched. Now it is time to recover these missing notes."1
Additionally, as Dr. Puleo researched the tones further, he came across a book on Gregorian chants by Professor Emeritus Willi Apel who "1 Moreover, Professor Apel reported that " were apparently missing. The Catholic Church presumably "lost" one-hundred fifty-two chants of the original chants. Church leaders stated, " The chants undermined the spirit of the Catholic faith."
The chants were based on the ancient original scale of six musical notes called the Solfeggio."
Pythagoras & Tesla
As we look at the six original Solfeggio frequencies, using the Pythagorean method, we find the base or root vibrational numbers are 3,6, & 9. Nicola Tesla tells us, and I quote: "If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have a key to the universe."
John Keely, an expert in electromagnetic technologies, wrote that the vibrations of "thirds, sixths, and ninths, were extraordinarily powerful." In fact, he proved the "vibratory antagonistic thirds was thousands of times more forceful in separating hydrogen from oxygen in water than heat."
What was the Sound played at your conception?
Some scientists are now stating that if we have been created, we most likely would have been sung into existence. Is it possible that the six days of creation mentioned in Genesis represent six fundamental frequencies that underlie the universe? Religious scholars believe both events occurred as a result of sounds being spoken or played.
Other scientists, including the geniuses Nikola Tesla, Raymond Rife, as well as Mozart, Haydn, Beethoven, and Chladni, all must have known about, and used the concept of, the inherent power of threes, sixes, and nines. So we are dealing with three powerful numbers: 3-6-9.
How these different types of tones affect our health
Consequently, since most of our music in the contemporary world (from commercials, to modern hymns and symphonies) has been composed utilizing an incorrect tonal Temperament Scale, they all have vibrational limits.
As a result, vibrational frequency of the tones of modern music can create situations such as "boxed-in thinking," stuffed and suppressed emotions; and fear-based " lack" consciousness—all of which then tend to manifest into physical symptoms of "dis-ease."
This is in contrast to music created from the Ancient Solfeggio Scale, which stimulates the vibration of expanded creativity, easier problem solving and holistic health.
Our research indicates that the vibrational frequencies contained in the Solfeggio tones hold these original healing potentials.

Conscious Language
Dear Well Beings:
Relax. Love is the element that heals all. It is our study and practice to use Conscious Language, and remain positive in all ways. Try it.
You'll need two tools in your toolkit: "OOOPS!" and "I AM" The first sound will cancel any errors in speech and action. It wipes clean the mistakes and erases all past history.
The second sound, when repeated often, is the mantra for bringing attention to the present moment, and allows us to stay inside the temple (the physical body).

Cymatics : Sound Healing, Part 2
Dear Well Beings:
As we move from learning the lessons of the heart, we ask that you learn how to tell the truth. You first have to think truthfully ("I love you.") Then, you have to feel this truth ("How does love feel to you?") This will activate loving behavior.
We study and practice thinking positively, feeling positively and acting positively. When we realize that we have good thoughts but still have hard feelings, our behavior is not congruent with our Intention.
What then? How do we clear the energy field of negative programs, grudges, and revenge?
Do you wonder how to clear the mind of all its clutter? How to deprogram the hard drive?

Cymatics is the study of wave phenomena. It is typically associated with the physical patterns produced through the interaction of sound waves in a medium.
A simple experiment demonstrating the visualization of cymatics can be done by sprinkling sand on a metal plate and vibrating the plate, for example by drawing a violin bow along the edge, the sand will then form itself into standing wave patterns such as simple concentric circles. The higher the frequency, the more complex the shapes produced, with certain shapes having similarities to traditional mandala designs.
The term cymatics was coined by the Swiss scientist Hans Jenny, it is derived from the Greek kyma (κύμα) meaning "wave", and ta kymatika (τα κυματικά) meaning "matters pertaining to waves."
